Transfer and Direct Dye Sublimation remains the predominant printing process to produce digitally printing fabric products such as polyester. The transfer sublimation process entails printing onto special transfer paper than is then placed in contact with the polyester fabric. Under heat and press, the ink on the paper sublimates into the polyester to produce the resulting printed graphics on the fabric. With Direct Dye Sublimation, printing occurs on specially treated polyester fabric with is then heated to initiate the sublimation process. Direct sublimation printed fabrics can be viewed on both sides, which makes them an excellent choice for producing flags. Building Drapes/Wraps

Often used on buildings under construction to hide the unsightly view from the street, building drapes or wraps also serve as advertising. In many cases, they advertise the stores, offices, or apartments that will eventually be commercially available. They may also be advertising a new product or other promotion. Hard to miss due to their size, textile building drapes or wraps benefit from using the widest print width available which minimizes the number of seams. A mesh type of fabric also allows some degree of outward visibility and light filtration while lowering wind resistance. Building drapes and wraps can be effectively produced using the Arizona UV Flatbed printers as well as with DGI Dye Sublimation printers, and MS JP4 Series Dye Sublimation Printers.
