AutoStore 8.0 utilizes your organization’s existing infrastructures to capture information, which can then be processed based on predefined business rules that determine how information is saved, stored, processed, and routed effortlessly from any supported device platform, including supported Canon MFP front panels via a MEAP application.
With over 40 pre-built, business system connectors available at no cost, data from corresponding documents can be routed to multiple destinations simultaneously and/or selectively based on your organization’s requirements, helping to increase the volume and accuracy of information that flows to those systems. Providing you with the ability to extend, not replace, your hardware and software investments and effectively help to increase the ROI of your technological investments.
AutoStore 8 Foundations provides the essentials needed for secure document capture, including:
- Image enhancements, OCR, file format conversion capabilities, and 1D barcode detection
- 25 route destinations such as email, folder, cloud storage, database, LAN Fax, and many other popular applications.
- Mobile capture through Business Connect
- Card authentication through Equitrac via card swipe or mobile device using Business Connect
